Interview
Adam Gontier: Lead vocalist of Saint Asonia and the original voice of the multi platinum band Three Days Grace *ahem, graces The Kasey Ferguson Show with his presence! Ahead of Saint Asonia’s upcoming Canadian and U.S. tour dates Adam swings by to discuss everything from his vocal process and sobriety to the famous Three Days Grace song Deftones Chino Moreno nearly sang on, which Marvel movie soundtrack “Never Too Late” was originally written for, hiding under his mother's piano and her gigs when he was a child, the hilariously strange thing he found himself watching over the pandemic, the kid who played Scotty Smalls in The Sandlot allegedly head-butting a police officer after he was told he was too drunk to board a flight, The Mighty Ducks Goldberg “The Goalie” getting caught with meth, the advice he’d give to himself as a young man and more!

Dirty Honey - Gypsy
Heroes & Monsters – Break Me (I’m Yours)
Stone Broken – Black Sunrise
Anthony Gomes – I Believe

Danko Jones – Get Up
Enuff Z'Nuff – Cold Turkey (John Lennon cover)
Mr Big – Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy (The Drill Song) (30th Anniversary version)
Saint Asonia – Bite The Bullet, Over It
Plus: Kasey’s sicker than a season of Dr. Pimple Popper but Cousin Miri insists his health is far less important than her bottom line. So, Miri cracks the whip and gets Kasey on a mic to make her some spending cabbage. To “help things along” she reads the first of Kasey’s many court ordered public service announcements and fills him in on some of the events that led to his community service (hint: it started with mistaking the bathroom line for a conga line at a beer festival) and what happened when he returned to Motel Ferguson (hint: it involves singing Meat Loaf songs into the keyhole of his apartment door).
The Kasey Ferguson Show Acoustic Session: The “Unofficial Mayor of Gananoque Ontario”, Wayne “The Train” Huff.
The Short List: Kasey’s friend’s band refuses to change their ass clenching-ly awful name so he’s compiled a list of band name suggestions to help them reconsider including (but not limited to) Dedicated Meow Button, Sounds Like Sodomy, Salad In A Can, Aural Contraception, Burning While Drowning, Muff Cuff, Bobbing For Dimples, Conclusive Maybe, The Mansquitos, Nine Inch Nougat, Front Grunt, Catnip For Dogs, God The Narcissist and Stabbed With A Gun.
Gimme Five : Miri pulls five funny slang terms for vagina out of her “panty hamster”.
Kingston Ribfest And Beer Show:
Ben from Bath, Ontario’s MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company and Kasey catch up and discuss Mackinnon’s Lunenburg Fruit Beer, Moses himself parting clouds so he could watch his favourite bands at their Back To The Farm music festival, smokin’ doobies, the evils of edibles and Ben making a deal with the devil to make it all stop and not keeping up his end of the bargain.
Julia from Founder's Original cocktails (Toronto) makes Kasey feel like he’s in an episode of Mad Men as he samples Founders pre made Old Fashioned. The toothsome twosome also discuss bloating, effervescent water, Kasey hosting a jazz show at his high school radio station as a teen, Founders new Lemon Fizz and Tequila Paloma until Kasey forgets how to talk.
Stu from Kingston’s Hard Way Cider Co. feeds Kasey Hard Way’s Raspberry Dreams while dishing on opening a tap room featuring live entertainment and “getting the Led out”.
Jara from Clear Lake Brewing Co. (Bala, Ontario) waxes philosophical on campfire jams and the Muskoka BeerSpa as well as why it’s not so sanitary Nordic counterparts make her feel “icky”. Kasey invites the listeners to “drink a long with Kasey”, and ponders places he doesn’t want beer on his body.

Dio – Stand Up And Shout

Ozzy Osbourne – Secret Loser
AC/DC – Realize
Airbourne – Black Dog Barking
Thundermother – Loud And Free
The Donnas – Take It Off
Halestorm – I Get Off
Slash feat Myles Kennedy And The Conspirators – April Fool
PLUS: Kasey is grouchy from lack of sleep and decides this episode is going to be the “aural equivalent of a dog dragging its ass on the carpet”. Your sleep deprived host tries to cover up the episode’s smouldering turd-like stench by promising that there will be sandwiches (only to be admonished by management for his snack suggesting subterfuge and frequent liberties with the truth).
Kasey also ponders the pros and cons of his life as an aging headbanger, suspects that if he spoke less about Swedish neo classical guitar shredders he’d probably get more of the coitus, and considers doing his next show wearing nothing but a loin cloth. Cousin Miri disagrees with Kasey’s proclamation that his scent is the “perfect blend of mahogany and musk” and throws shade on bassists and keyboard players.

Interview
Bryan Scott: Bryan is the lead vocalist of Into The Fire, Cult To Follow and The Union Underground, a band you may remember from their best known single “Turn Me On Mr Deadman”. We'll discuss what it was like to be on tour with Black Sabbath, eat lunch beside Ozzy, the Into The Fire EP and how The Union Underground came to perform WWE raw's theme song for a number of years in “Across The Nation”.
Music
Adler’s Appetite – Alive
Three Days Grace – The Mountain
Juke Kartel – Save Me
Alice In Chains – Fly
Sick Puppies – Stick To Your Guns
Motley Crue – Hooligan’s Holiday
Breaking Benjamin – Defeated
Framing Hanley – Lollipop (Lil Wayne cover)
The Union Underground – Revolution Man
Cult To Follow – Leave It All Behind
Into The Fire – From The Medicine
PLUS : Kasey nearly got run over by a beer truck and while the irony wasn’t lost on him, the near death experience prompted a toothy tirade aimed at the nimrods of the world who are still texting while driving. Doug Mcfly is still grounded and tries to weasel his way back into Kasey’s good graces. Cousin Miri pokes a gaping hole in Kasey’s violent plans for vengeance.
The Shortlist : Kasey has compiled a list of OTHER things you shouldn’t do while driving including (but not limited to) : sleep, color, make a diorama, do your Ray Charles impression, see how much gum you can fit in your mouth, play Cat’s Cradle, attempt to bite your dog back, jumping jacks, swallow swords, practice your golf swing, wear a beer helmet or tailgate a SWAT van.

Interview
Matt Brooks – Guitarist of Like A Storm. Not only have Like A Storm shared the stage with Shinedown, Alter Bridge, Korn, Steel Panther, Gojira, Godsmack and Black Stone Cherry among others, their single "Love the Way You Hate Me" was #1 on Sirius XM Octane in North America for 5 weeks. Like A Storm’s stateside success makes the band the highest-charting New Zealand rock act in US radio history. Pulled from the KFS archives this interview finds Matt discussing the band producing their own records, what possessed them to use a didgeridoo in metal songs, Kasey’s lackluster kiwi accent attempt (and possible future as an extra in Oliver Twist), the blues influence on “Wish You Hell”, the struggle that led to the song “Ordinary”, Noel and Liam Gallagher’s sibling rivalry and more.
Music
Dope – Now Or Never
Rev Theory – Light It Up
Dark New Day - Brother
Skillet – Rebirthing
Silverchair – One Way Mule
Drain STH – Enter My Mind
Like A Storm – Wish You Hell, Ordinary
PLUS: Kasey is beyond grateful that his show is being syndicated all over the world but because he’s the lone Canadian on many overseas stations he decides to clear up some common misconceptions “aboot” his home and native land of Canada for the international listeners. He’ll set the record straight on toques, wrestling polar bears, “free” Health Care, igloos, ice fishing and more. Meteorologist Miri chimes in with a winter weather report and Motel Ferguson loses power after a snow storm. Was it the storm? Was it the gunfire in Kasey’s dumpster fire of a building? Did the landlord just decide that poor folk don’t deserve NOT to freeze to death? Kasey weighs theories in an effort to explain “the night the heat went out in hell”.
The Shortlist : Kasey has compiled a list of things he’d rather have than snow including, (but not limited to) : a game of Scrabble with Dog The Bounty Hunter, an Andy Griffith marathon, gout, a beard of bees, a prosthetic head, a collection of Ricky Martin cassettes, a salad and date night with Honey Boo Boo.

PLUS: Kasey regales you with the sordid and true tale of the mighty antechinus, the animal that fornicates itself to death, goes “full grandpa” to enlighten the young whippersnappers out there on “hanky panky” and develops a strange fixation on cake.
The Shortlist: Kasey has compiled a list of realistic New Year’s resolutions for himself that you too can accomplish, including (but not limited to): wear a hat, make inappropriate dinner conversation, sustain sexy pear shaped form, sigh wearily while others are talking, help someone more fortunate, laugh at something that’s not funny, belch anytime anyone says “Pilates”, maintain smug self satisfied demeanor and spend more time indoors.

He has also been nominated twice and won once at the Writers Guild Of Canada Awards.
Craig is painting The Kasey Ferguson Show red and spilling his guts about everything from just why in the blue hell Space would cancel the gut busting horror metal masterpiece that was Todd And The Book Of Pure Evil, directing the only original series Chiller ever produced in Slasher and his most recent fright film, Motherly to his favourite horror comedies, the irony of accepting an award for a show that’s already been cancelled and of course, will we ever see more of Todd, The Metal God?

PLUS: Doug “That Smells Bad Even For Sarin Gas” Mcfly prays for death and asks Cousin Miri to call an exorcist as he attempts to survive the post Frankenberry Franken-Shits. Doug’s swamp gas results in Kasey banishing him to the bathroom until his ass is no longer a soul destroying instrument of death.

Tony spills his guts on everything from getting his start under the legendary Rick Baker working on Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” video and his iconic half corpse from The Return Of The Living Dead originating as Halloween decoration for his home to the on set hilarity behind the unforgettable moth gag in Hocus Pocus, how it’s sequel Hocus Pocus 2 FINALLY got made, doing battle with Liam Nesson’s nose on Darkman, his recent work on season 2 of the Chucky TV series (to which he also serves as an Executive Producer) and the nonstop sidesplitting shenanigans that was making up Bruce Campbell everyday for Army Of Darkness.

PLUS : Doug “ the sugar suckin’ cereal killer” Mcfly has eaten all of the Frankenberry that Kasey was saving for Halloween. However, Kasey gets the last laugh when Douglas awakes from a sugar coma in a zombie-like stupor with the Franken-shits. Siri’s demonic cousin, Miri reminds Kasey that his love life is colder than an Alaskan funeral and the two argue the merits of Kerr’s Molasses Kisses as a Halloween staple.
The Shortlist : Kasey loves his Mom to death but that doesn’t stop him from sulking when she asks him to watch her cat, Cuddles while she goes to a Halloween Party. It wouldn’t be so bad if she didn’t take all the fun out of things by leaving him a list of instructions for watching said cat including (but not limited to) : no using it to raise the dead, enslave mankind or bring about the apocalypse, no allowing it to drink milk from the skulls of your enemies, no terrorizing it with ventriloquist dummies named Slappy, Al Jolson’s grave is not a litter box, no allowing it to battle that cat from Sabrina in a fight to the death, and absolutely no asking it “who you gonna call?” and pretending the cat’s meow means “Ghostbusters”.

The motley crew attempts to answer burning questions such as, does Doug look like Tom Selleck? Vaurnet or Raybans? To Swatch or not to Swatch? Is Doug’s date with Ms. Pac Man?
